Privacy choices

01

Optional analytics

In Kakii, open Settings → Optional analytics. Analytics starts off. If you choose to enable it, Kakii sends PostHog a limited set of product milestones and technical context with a new random identifier each app launch. No Kakii account identifier, routes, Health data, names, email addresses, or written content are included. You can turn it off at any time.

02

Location and motion

Open the iPhone Settings app, select Privacy & Security, then Location Services or Motion & Fitness. Kakii needs location to discover and race real tracks.

03

Apple Health

Manage Kakii's access in the Health app or Apple's Privacy & Security settings. Removing access stops Kakii from saving workouts or reading permitted workout, heart-rate, energy or body-mass data. Saved Apple Health records must be removed in Apple Health itself.

04

Profile corrections

Use Settings → Edit profile for supported changes. Email contact@kakii.app if you need help correcting a fixed bracket field.

05

Delete your account

Use Settings → Delete account and confirm. This removes your live account and queues RevenueCat customer cleanup. Cancel your Club subscription separately through Apple. If you cannot access Kakii, contact us for help verifying ownership.

06

Export or request help with your data

Open Settings → Your data & privacy to download a JSON export or submit an access, correction, restriction, objection or erasure request. Guests can use these tools too. Keep your request reference. The export contains private location data; save it securely. These tools are also available before completing the privacy notice screen.

Request help

For access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request, contact contact@kakii.app. We may need to verify that you control the relevant account before completing a request. We aim to respond within one calendar month and follow any shorter applicable deadline.
